Tuna Soup

2 servings

Ingredients:
200g can tuna (drained)
200g canned tomatos
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
3/4 cup green beans
1/2 cup peas
1/2 cup corn
1 cup broccoli
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp mixed herbs
Pepper to taste
1 cup low salt vegetable stock


Preparation Method:

Chop vegetables to desired size

In a pot add tomato and stock, bring to boil

Add vegetables and pepper, simmer for 20 mins

Add drained tuna, simmer for a further 10 mins

Serve and enjoy.
