LowCarb Sauerkraut Salad |
Ingredients: |
1 1/2 cups sauerkraut (I prefer Vlasic)
1/2 lbs hot (or mild) country sausage (I prefer Tennessee Pride)
8 oz (1 package) cream cheese (I prefer Philidelphia brand) |

Preparation Method: |

- Crumble sausage into skillet and pan fry until brown.

- Add sauerkraut to skillet and continue to cook until kraut gets golden edges.

- Add to mixing bowl with cream cheese and mix. Salt and pepper to taste.

This is very good hot or cold!
