Garlic Mashed Turnips |

Ingredients: |
3 cups diced turnip
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 T melted butter
salt, pepper |

- Cook turnip cubes and garlic cloves in boiling water 15 min or til soft.
