Ingredients: |
1 large Onion
1/4 jar Cottees SF Apricot Jam
1 tsp Pepper, ground
1 tbsp Butter |

- This is a simple side dish. Chop the onions, not to fine. I actually like to cut
circles and drop into the butter.

- Heat the onions in butter until translucent.

- Add the apricot jam, pepper as needed. Simmer until onions are tender.
Serve immediately.
