Pepper Steak StirFry |

preconditions: Wok or Deep Chicken Fryer type SkilletOriental

Ingredients: |
1 pound Sirloin or Round Steak
1/2 bag of Birdseye Stir-fry Peppers
1 Jar Heinz Beef or Mushroom Gravy
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
8-oz. can sliced Mushrooms
1/4 tsp. freshly ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil |

Preparation Method: |

- Heat Olive Oil over medium-high heat in your wok or pan. When nice and hot add steak you have sliced paper thin while it is half frozen.

- When steak has lost it's pinkness, add stir-fry peppers and mushrooms. Keep stir-frying until most of the water moisture has evaporated.

- Add gravy, soy sauce and black pepper. Cover pan and simmer 5 minutes. Serve in bowls or on dinner plates.

- Add a salad and yum, dinners ready.
