Baked Pumpkin Custards

8 servings

preconditions: 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/2c. mashed pumpkin
3/4c. splenda,granulated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ea. cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
1 2/3c. 18 percent cream.


Preparation Method:

In bowl, beat eggs.

Beat in pumpkin,splenda,salt, and spices. Gradually stir in cream.

Pour into 8 6oz. custard cups.

Place cups in a shallow baking pan.

Add hot water to come half way up the sides of the cups.

Bake in 350 oven for 35 min or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

Cool the chill.

Serve with whipped cream.
