preconditions: Cream chesse should be room temp.

Ingredients:
2 boxes of Sugar free Jello
1 8-oz package of cream chesse
Whip topping


Preparation Method:

Make jello as directed. Using a blender mix the jello(when its still in liquid state)and cream chesse together.

Place in refrigartor until it is set. Then spray whip topping on.
Carbs:
1 carb per serving in the cream chesse
1 carb per serving in the whip topping
