Baked Pumpkin Custards |

preconditions: 350 degrees for 30 to 35 min.or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Ingredients: |
2 eggs
1 1/2c. mashed pumpkin
3/4c. splenda,granulated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ea. cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
1 2/3c. 18 percent cream.

- In bowl, beat eggs.

- Beat in pumpkin,splenda,salt, and spices. Gradually stir in cream.

- Pour into 8 6oz. custard cups.

- Place cups in a shallow baking pan.

- Add hot water to come half way up the sides of the cups.

- Bake in 350 oven for 35 min or until a knife inserted comes out clean.

- Cool the chill.
