Stuffed Jalapenos

10 servings

preconditions: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

Ingredients:
Ground Beef 1 lb
Cream Cheese 2 8oz packages
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 8oz package
24 large Jalapeno Peppers


Preparation Method:

Cut the stems off the jalapenos and cut down one side and remove seeds and veins.

Let cream cheese warm to room temp.

Brown Gound Beef with favorite seasonings.

Let cool.

Mix Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Cooked Ground Beef.

Stuff mixture into peppers and place on cookie sheet.

Cook 30 to 45 minutes until peppers are soft.

They will store in the refrigerator for several days.
Carbs:
Approximately 2 to 3 grams per pepper.
