Sun dried Tomato Dip |

Ingredients: |
1/4 Cup sun-dried tomatoes
balsamic vinegar
1/3 Cup sour cream
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
1/3 Cup plain yogurt
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)
1/4 Cup green olives, chopped

- Place tomatoes in a small bowl and add balsamic vinegar until just covered. Allow to soak for about an hour. Remove tomatoes from vinegar and drain well.

- Chop finely and mix with other ingredients. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
